Meet Dr. Christopher J. Kovanda

Dr. Christopher J. Kovanda is double-board-certified in both plastic and general surgery. He is also a member of The American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, a honor only granted to an elite group of board-certified plastic surgeons. These surgeons have all been recognized as having attained the highest level of achievement in cosmetic surgery training, continuing education, and clinical experience. Dr. Kovanda is a premier Minneapolis and Saint Paul area cosmetic surgeon that has offices in both Edina and Maple Grove, MN.

No stranger to innovative cosmetic surgery techniques, Dr. Kovanda has become a leader in state-of-the-art breast augmentation procedures. Over the past ten years Dr. Kovanda has been involved in a variety of plastic surgery milestones, including being an investigator in an FDA silicone breast implant study and publishing a paper on laser blepharoplasty. Dr. Kovanda practices advanced endoscopic treatments, power assisted lipoplasty, fat grafting for the body and face, and essentially every type of cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery.
